Alternative Conflict Resolution Center, BA-RAC Center

Alternative Conflict Resolution Center, BA-RAC Center is certified as an authorized entity to administer Alternative Conflict Resolution processes by the Ministry of Justice and Peace, National Directorate of Alternative Conflict Resolution (DINARAC) through resolution 055-2016, dated June 27, 2016.
It is also authorized to carry out labor Negotiation and Mediation processes by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Directorate of Labor Affairs (DAL) through resolution DAL-RG-08-2018, dated March 8, 2018.

Negotiation and Mediation

Mediation/conciliation is a non-adversarial process that allows people to reach mutually agreed-upon solutions voluntarily. In this process, an impartial third party facilitates communication between the parties in a safe and confidential environment. This way, by harmonizing interests and making decisions based on objective information, the agreements reached have the status of res judicata (final and binding).
